At Zehraa, every jewelry piece is carefully inspected and packaged with utmost attention to quality and detail. Since our products are delicate fashion jewelry and hygiene-sensitive accessories, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we do offer replacements under specific conditions mentioned below.


1. No Return & No Refund Policy

Please note that:

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
  • We do not provide refunds for any orders.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

By placing an order with Zehraa, you agree to this policy.


2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong product
  • You receive an incomplete order
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a replacement, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label clearly visible
  • The product being unboxed completely

The video must be recorded from start to finish without cuts or edits.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings
  • Damage caused after use
  • Improper handling or storage
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Absence of an unboxing video

5. Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Our team will arrange a replacement for the same product or a similar available item
  • Customers may be asked to share photos/videos for verification
  • The replacement process may take 7–10 business days depending on location and product availability
